What a culture treasures, or gives the greatest weight to, becomes motivation and eventually a reality to many. If a culture desires and protects things that are destructive then destruction will result. Culture is what elevates various groups of immigrants who come to the US to thrive in dire conditions. Culture is what allowed Jewish people to always end up prosperous after numerous bouts of persecution and impossible odds. Kingdom culture doesn't only transform a people, but a community and the world.

All have sinned and fallen short, but not all are still sinners. When we start to allow ourselves to be transformed in our quest for seeking God's kingdom and righteousness, there will always be voices trying to hold us back. As God begins to reveal who we are in Him, the voice will become louder. The goal of the voice is to get us to not believe God, but to believe it. It is the voice of slavery and fear. God's voice is that of truth that set us free.
